This type of information should undoubtedly be provided in the survey for the benefit of the client… hardly in the Summary section of often the report.
A client in search of a competent Home Inspection should ask any potential candidate Inspector what type of report they will produce… nor should they be shy or reluctant about asking that the regarded Inspector provide a sample of these inspection reports.
