Knew I would not have given everything money over without the receipt, so I went back towards the house to search, knowing that it was not in England as I experienced already looked there. When I returned a few hours later, the pillar was done and had done good work. But then I noticed he had used the granite from the outdoor patio wall, which was perfectly alright, and I wanted it to remain; it now had an excellent big hole in it, the excuse, it was nearer, got a day extra job to put it back. Bulgarian logic at its best!
After working for you for approximately three months, they start fooling about and not working, and things disappear. I do think I have been too generous, going for more money when they did effectively, lending them tools, providing them with materials, helping them with their own houses, etc. etc.; the most effective way, I know this sounds difficult, but the best way is to spend what you pay doesn’t provide them with anything more, lend them anything at all, or even take them out for a light beer, they don’t respect you for this, and start to use you, additionally, they try to say things like he has paying more down the road and so forth etc.
